Yes, all orders must total at least PHP 7,500.00

We carry many items, in addition to the ones you can view in our website, that may not be listed online yet. Please send us an email at onlineorders@cebubionic.com with the the description of the item you are looking for in detail, including brand, color, specifications etc. and we will send you a prompt response regarding your inquiry, including information such as item availability and price.

Yes. You may send payment by depositing your payment at our bank account. Please email onlineorders@cebubionic.com with your personal information, as well as your orders and preferred shipment method. We will send you a response as well as details on how to send payment as soon as your order is received and processed. Please note that we will require you to scan and email a copy of the deposit slip to us for confirmation of payment. 

We accept online payments through Paypal using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discovery credit card.

• DELIVERY TO CITIES OF CEBU, LAPU-LAPU, MANDAUE, CONSOLACION, MINGLANILLA: 

FREE GROUND DELIVERY for a minimum purchase of PHP 5,000.00; or

PHP 300.00 DELIVERY CHARGE for purchases PHP 4,999.00 or less

• SHIPPING / CRATING / DELIVERY TO anywhere else in the Philippines except the cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu, Consolacion, Mandaue, and Minglanilla:

For orders totaling

PHP 10,000 below: flat rate of PHP 2,000.00; or

PHP 10,001 and above: 10% of total purchase

*Should the actual shippping and crating cost be lesser, the difference will be refunded back to you.

Orders are delivered or shipped 2 days after order is placed and full payment is received. Shipping times vary according to recipient's location and may take as long as 3 weeks.
